Characteristics of Nehemiah
1 – Nehemiah was patient.
We are impatient. Impatient dominates and can creep into our lives.
Some of us would rather do wrong than wait on the Lord.
Waiting on the Lord is not a waist of time.
2 – Nehemiah was loyal.
He had respect for the king.
3 – Nehemiah took opportunities.
When God gives you the green light – GO!
“Opportunity looks like a man in overalls and it looks like work”
Our fear and laziness keeps us from doing God’s will.
